Not very uniform. I am planning on using these as trail markers and they are not as well made as the circular ones. The holes are off-center and the edges are not very cleanly cut, so some I had to discard. But, I admit, that this usage is not what the vendor had planned for these items. I'm reasonably pleased with them, nonetheless.
